This volume actually covers parishes, convents, and monasteries. It is a directory "elenco", organized alphabetically by locality. Within the listing for each locality all Catholic parishes are itemized and the following information is provided: name, whether the parish is regolare (run by a religious order) and the name of the order, or secolare (administered by diocesan priests), the locality (or section of the town), the delegation under whose jurisdiction the locality falls, and observations. This is followed by a list of the convents and monasteries in the town, providing the name of the convent, the religious order, the locality or section, the delegation, and observations.

This congregation is generally known simply as Bishops and Regulars.
